Where we ship from.

Every order ships from Orange, California, where the product is made.

How fast.

Orders placed before 1pm Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Everything else ships the next business day. We don't hold orders, and we don't batch them.

How long it takes.

Most US orders arrive in 3–5 business days. West Coast is usually faster. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.

All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't currently ship internationally. If you're outside the US and want these, email us — if enough people ask, we'll figure it out.

PO boxes and APO/FPO.

Both work.

If your tracking stops updating.

It happens, usually for a day or two mid-transit, and it usually resolves on its own. If it's been more than five business days with no movement, email us and we'll deal with the carrier so you don't have to.

If your order arrives damaged or short.

Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement. You don't need to send anything back.
