One year against anything going wrong that isn't your fault.

If a Steadi cracks, splits, tears, loses its grip, or degrades in the sun within a year of delivery, we'll replace it. Email us a photo and your order number.

What's covered:

• Cracking, splitting, or tearing under normal use
• Loss of grip on the base
• Material degradation from UV exposure
• Manufacturing defects of any kind

What isn't:

• Cuts, punctures, or damage from something sharp
• Damage from solvents, gasoline, or cleaning chemicals
• Loss — including the one that went overboard
• Normal cosmetic wear. They will get scuffed. That's not a defect.

Fading.

The material is UV-stable, which means it resists degrading in sunlight. Over years of full sun exposure, some colors may shift slightly. That's normal and isn't covered. Structural failure is a different thing and is covered.

No receipt needed if you ordered from us — we can find it by email address.

How to claim.

Email help@theboatcupholder.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement. You don't need to send the old one back.
