Who you're buying from.

This site is operated by Steadi Labs LLC, Orange, California. "We" and "us" mean Steadi Labs LLC. Buying from this site means you agree to what's below.

Pricing.

Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If we make an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we'll email you if that happens.

Orders.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, you're refunded in full.

Shipping and risk.

Risk of loss transfers when the carrier takes possession. That said, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us — we'll make it right regardless of who technically owns the risk.

How the product is meant to be used.

Steadi is a drink holder. It resists tipping on flat and near-flat surfaces. It is not a restraint, it isn't rated for any particular force or speed, and it doesn't make a moving boat a safe place for an unattended drink. Use common sense on the water.

Intellectual property.

Everything on this site — text, photography, video, design — belongs to Steadi Labs LLC. Steadi is our mark. The product is patent pending. Don't reproduce our content commercially without asking.

Limitation of liability.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Some states don't allow these limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Governing law.

California law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.

Changes.

We can update these terms. The version in effect when you order is the one that applies to your order.
